I had a wonderful experience at Bay State Physical Therapy! The entire team was professional, positive and friendly. My primary therapists, Alyssa and Nikki, were instrumental to my regaining the range of motion and strength in my ankle after surgery. I also occasionally worked with Celine and Mariam, who followed my treatment plan to keep me on track. Everyone communicated well with each other and adjusted the plan/exercises as needed. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing PT!

Started coming here 3 weeks ago. Since day 1, Alyssa and Rob have been fantastic with the PT and Lisa and Zack, on the day to day operations side, have been equally fantastic. All super knowledgeable, caring and down to earth. The best!

Wonderful place to receive physical therapy. Everyone who works there is kind, professional, funny, and helpful. I saw Nikki, and Jenna the most, and they were so supportive and knowledgeable on how to help heal the arthritis in my knees better so I could walk my three miles a day again. I highly recommend them.

The staff at BSPT has fixed me twice now, onve for tennis elbow and now for my knee. You're brought along slowly but ramped up so you recover as aoon as possible without overdoing it. Can't thank them enough!

Setting up my appointments was easy. Love that a person answers the phone when I call. The staff at the front desk are friendly, polite and accommodating. My therapist (Pam Powell) is fantastic, attentive, answers all my questions and is very friendly and professional.

I had a really good experience at this physical therapy clinic. When I first came in, I could barely walk 10 steps without pain. Within less than a week, I saw a big improvement. The therapists (Nikki and her team) clearly know what they’re doing—they were able to find the exact spot causing the issue and treat it effectively. The massage techniques were on point, and the hot compress treatments (Thank you Zack) made a big difference. The staff was also professional and attentive throughout my visits. Overall, I’m very happy with my progress and would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Baystate therapy has been great all the physical therapist are very good and know what they're doing whether you go to one or the other they're all on the same program. The front desk is helpful on making appointments, making sure that you are being reminded of your appointments. Never have to wait. Girls are always friendly and smiling. What a great experience. I would suggest it to anyone I've been coming for more than six months.
